Frequently Asked Questions Everything you need to know before your first call. Can't find what you're looking for? Reach out directly — we're happy to talk through your specific situation.
Getting Started
We work with businesses of all sizes. From small field crews and startups to multi-site enterprises and growing mid-market companies. If your team relies on devices, internet, or phones to operate, we can help. We're especially experienced with businesses in logistics, field services, retail, healthcare, and professional services.
We're headquartered in Davenport, Florida, and serve businesses across the United States. Many of our services, device staging, MDM configuration, carrier plan management, and VoIP deployment are fully remote. For clients in Central Florida and surrounding areas, we also offer on-site support.
The easiest first step is to request a quote or reach out through our contact page. We'll schedule a short discovery call to learn about your current setup, your team size, and what's not working. From there, we'll put together a clear plan and proposal. No pressure, no commitment required.
We work with businesses at different stages, so there's no strict minimum. Whether you need 5 devices or 500, we'll structure an engagement that makes sense for your scale. Reach out and we'll let you know what's realistic for your situation.
Carriers & Plans
We partner with 8+ carriers and technology providers including T-Mobile for Business, AT&T Business, Comcast Business, Spectrum Partner Program, Verizon Business, and Lumen for connectivity, and RingCentral, Vonage, Nextiva, Dialpad and others for voice and communications. Because we're not tied to a single carrier, we can recommend the best fit for your coverage needs and budget, not just whoever we're incentivized to sell.
We can absolutely work within your existing carrier relationships. If your current carrier and plan are a good fit, we'll work with them. If there's a better option — better pricing, better coverage, better terms. We'll present that comparison and let you decide. There's no pressure to switch.
Yes. Plan negotiation and optimization is part of what we do. Many businesses are on outdated or oversized plans that made sense at one point but no longer match their usage. We review your current plans, identify savings opportunities, and handle the negotiation on your behalf.
That's a common scenario and exactly the kind of problem we're built for. We can design a multi-carrier, multi-site strategy that accounts for regional coverage differences — so every location gets reliable connectivity regardless of geography.
Deployment & Devices
It means your devices arrive ready to use, not just out of the box. Before we ship, we enroll each device in your MDM platform, apply your security policies, install required apps, activate the SIM, and label or package everything according to your needs. Your team member picks it up and it works on day one.
Timelines vary based on the size and complexity of the deployment, but as a general guide: small deployments of under 25 devices typically ship within 5–10 business days. Larger or more complex rollouts are scoped during the discovery phase and scheduled with clear milestones so you always know where things stand.
Yes. We coordinate all shipping and fulfillment as part of the deployment process. Devices are shipped directly to your team members, office locations, or a central receiving point, whatever works best for your operation.
Absolutely. We can manage the full lifecycle — procurement of new devices, data migration support, MDM re-enrollment, and responsible decommissioning or return of old hardware. We make the transition as seamless as possible.
Device Management (MDM)
We work with the leading MDM and UEM platforms and will recommend the right one based on your device types, team size, and security requirements. Whether you need a simple policy setup or a full enterprise deployment with kiosk mode, app management, and asset tracking, we'll configure it to fit your environment.
Both options are available. We can set it up and hand it off to your internal team, or we can manage it on an ongoing basis — handling policy updates, adding or removing users, troubleshooting device issues, and keeping the platform running. Most clients prefer ongoing management so there's always someone accountable for it.
With MDM in place, we can remotely lock the device, wipe all company data, and remove it from your active device inventory, usually within minutes of being notified. We'll walk you through the process and handle it on your behalf.
Internet & Networking
We provide fiber, 5G fixed wireless, and LTE business internet — and we'll recommend the right combination based on your location, speed requirements, and budget. Fiber delivers the highest speeds and consistency where it's available. 5G fixed wireless is faster to deploy and ideal where fiber isn't an option. And for locations that need guaranteed uptime, we design failover solutions that automatically switch to a backup connection if your primary goes down.
Failover internet is a secondary connection that automatically activates if your primary internet goes down. If your business loses revenue, productivity, or customer trust during an outage ( even for 30 minutes) failover is worth it. We design failover solutions using 5G or LTE as the backup so your team stays online no matter what.
Yes. Wireless networking with enterprise-grade routers and antennas is a core part of what we do. We can design and deploy reliable connectivity for large open spaces, temporary job sites, vehicle yards, and other environments where traditional wiring isn't practical.
VoIP & Communications
Yes. We handle full phone system migrations — porting your existing numbers, configuring call routing, setting up voicemail and auto-attendants, and deploying softphone apps or desk phones for your team. The transition is planned carefully so there's no gap in your phone service.
Absolutely, that's one of their biggest advantages. Cloud-based phone systems work from any device, anywhere with an internet connection. Your remote team members get the same phone system features as anyone in the office, including extensions, call transfers, conferencing, and shared contact directories.
VoIP (Voice over IP) refers specifically to phone calls delivered over the internet instead of traditional phone lines. UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service) is a broader platform that combines voice, video, messaging, and collaboration tools in one system. Platforms like RingCentral and Dialpad are UCaaS solutions — they replace not just your phone system but also tools like internal chat and video conferencing. We'll recommend the right level based on your team's needs.
